Privacy Policy

E Space Communications has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices across all our services. Note that some services we offer may not gather all the information discussed in this policy.

  • General
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer the web sites.
  • Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Some parts of our web sites may use cookies to track user traffic patterns. We do this in order to determine the usefulness of information to our users and to see how effective our navigational structure is in helping users reach that information. We do not correlate this information with data about individual users, nor do we share this information or sell it to any third party. If you prefer not to use cookies, you can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies and refuse the cookie when your browser alerts you to its presence. You can also refuse all cookies by turning them off in your browser, however, doing so may adversely affect your ability to use our systems.
  • What do we gather?
Each service must by its nature record information about its participants. We do not share information gathered about you with other companies. The data stored about each participant may include, but is not limited to:
    • Name
    • Contact Information
    • Pages visited (on each individual site only)
  • Security
To protect the information you provide us we have implemented technology and security features and strict policies to safeguard the information from unauthorized access or improper use. The information is restricted only to those personnel who have a "need to know". Once the information is no longer required to provide the service it is removed from our systems. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.
  • Choice/Opt-Out
Any client may elect to remove all information about a participant at any time. This can be done via the administrative control panel of the service (if available in that product) or by contacting E Space Communications directly and requesting the information be removed. Removal of this data may prevent the service from functioning.
  • Correct/Update
If the information about a client or participant is incorrect, the service administrator can modify it at any time via the administrative control panel if one is provided. If no administrative control panel is included in the system, the service administrator can contact E Space Communications directly to have the information corrected.
